Charged

— Amber D. Borders, 27, of Richmond, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Thomas Anthony Hoy, 28, of 146 Linden Ave., was charged Tuesday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Joshua D. Saylor, 24, of 1987 Muddy Creek Road was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property.Reports

— at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 525 N. Main St. concerning the theft of an HVAC unit during the night.

— at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1563 Bypass Road concerning the theft of two hard drives and a Microsoft Office key from a display.

— at 11:28 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 415 Magnolia St. concerning a theft.

— at 6:14 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 210 Ashland Ave. concerning  the theft of several air conditioners.

— at 10:02 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 157 Cook Ave. concerning a missing laptop computer.
